Dr. Fahimeh Sasan is a board-certified OB-GYN and nationally recognized leader in reproductive health, maternal care, and healthcare innovation. She helps develop inclusive, equitable reproductive care programs that support individuals, families, and employers, with services spanning preconception, fertility, pregnancy, postpartum, and menopause.

Dr. Sasan completed her residency at Mount Sinai Hospital in New York City and has over 18 years of clinical experience. She is known for her patient-first approach, delivering personalized, comprehensive care in fertility, gynecology, low- and high-risk prenatal care, menopause, and wellness.
She is deeply committed to advancing healthcare literacy as a tool for prevention and empowerment and addressing the role of social determinants in health outcomes. Her work has helped expand access to fertility and family-building benefits for large employer populations. Dr. Sasan also serves on the Business Group on Health’s Evidence-based Benefit Design Committee.
